Matt & team at Hometown Water & Fire Restoration were wonderful to work with. We had a sump pump failure over the weekend, and Matt and his team were incredibly responsive from the start. They came out right away to assess the damage in our basement and immediately got to work.

Good dude and very honest. I thought he was a lot older than he was because of his confidence and knowledge over the phone. He called me back twice to let me know that he was able to do the job cheaper than expected and it would’ve been very easy for him to take advantage of me. He also referred me to someone else that needed to be involved and helped coordinate the work. Saved me an hour of frustration which is fantastic. Call this guy and his team with confidence.
