It is unfortunate that I have visited Cooks fur wrap home so often in the past months. It's a beautifully built establishment and the staff here are very nice and very professional. What I wish they would improve on is seating. They put chairs out like no one is going to show up. Then everyone that doesn't come a half hour early is stuck standing in the back. I mean truly who saves seat at a funeral ?! The answer is whoever wants to sit at Cooks funeral home. I over heard one attendant say to a guest. There's open seats there and there unfortunately you won't be able to sit together.
Yesterday we had a beautiful service for our Dad. The entire staff at Cook were excellent in every detail. They were kind and compassionate as they walked with us through every detail guiding and advising along the way. They were attentive to every detail so we could put our focus on honoring our Dad. Thank you Cook staff
