Super quick, hairstylist was super kind and welcoming, I felt super comfortable and my hair looks great! Also tons of discounts as a first time costumer! Also they have facials and massages that I also got discounts for as a first timer. Worth it!!
Price quoted and price i paid were 2 different amounts-which i would've been ok with had it been communicated with me at the time. My ear was burnt while my hair was being curled. Stylist dropped clips, brushes and foils on the floor and still used them on my hair. My hair is shorter, yet it took her nearly 2 hours to get it foiled.
Edit May 20-i did speak with the manager and explained my experience. He understood where I was coming from with my concerns, and had me come in to another stylist to receive a conditioning treatment to help my hair. I would go back when I'm in need of my color done again.
The nail professional was nice but I have to admit that this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. After the polish dried the color was splotchy and uneven. Two coats were clearly needed but not done. Also, the receptionist could be a little friendlier and at least make eye contact when saying goodbye. Didn’t really feel like a valued client.
Update: My pedicure was revised by Kiana and is perfect now! I would highly recommend her for your nails.
