they are truly professional and handle everything with such care and respect. we have used thier services twice now and have set up a package plan for future as well. the entire staff is extremely equipped with providing the support we need. special thanks to Greg (Gregorio) and Joan for being so amazing.
The professionalism and care of the Cook staff is exemplary! Everything was beautifully arranged, from the decoration of the chapel to the food during our fellowship time following the service and more. No detail was overlooked.
More importantly, the dignity, respect and grace with which Cook treated our departed family member was (and is) appreciated beyond words.
I'd like to offer a special acknowledgement to Doug B for all the help and guidance he offered throughout the process and to Shannan for her care and interaction.
