“We had an excellent experience with Weatherhead roofing. They replaced our roof at our old house 13 years ago. At the time, we shopped around and they had the best price. They did a great job on our 100 year old house. I used them a few years later to replace my barn roof. The roof at our current home was in need of replacement so I called them again. Andy the owner came out promptly, and got back to me with a quote within 24 hours. They were scheduling about a month out which worked perfect for us. When the time arrived, his 6 man crew arrived quietly just after 6am, unpacked their gear, and within minutes had guys on the roof working. I had never seen a group of workers work so efficiently. They all had their responsibilities and got right to task. They were a very well oiled machine. They worked hard from before sunrise until nearly sunset, then returned the next day to wrap up. All of my interactions with the crew were positive. They had very few questions for us during the process, but when they did, the exchanges were pleasant and direct. My wife was able to work from home during the job without interruptions, less the expected sounds of the work itself. When the job was completed, they cleaned up everything and left my property as clean as they had found it. My roof is very large with a steep pitch (2 stories) and they also replaced 4 skylights. My wife and I were extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend them.“

“My only 1 1/2 year old $18K+ Pella door is not opening all the way. I was very frustrated when calling Pella once again trying to set up a service appointment. Luckily, Natalie answered the phone in Grand Rapids. She understood my frustration, and got me an appointment set up in 2 weeks to fix our door. Pella needs to give her a raise, as I was about to write a very bad Pella review. She's very good at customer service and making an unhappy customer feel better. Hopefully, the technician that comes out to fix our door will be as good as Natalie. The 5 stars are for Natalie. I will review the door and service after. :)“

Got me the parts I replaced them I’ve got the doors, resealed and ready for winter. I’m pleased with how I was treated and the service I got from Bob.“
