Terry is fantastic. He's professional and responded promptly, is very knowledgeable and had helpful recommendations for us to better secure our entrances, and does great work. I highly recommend him.

Traveling from California I was in Michigan to deal with the clearing out of our old but adorable family cottage. 4 new locksets were needed immediately and Terry jumped in to help a grieving widow. I sent him photos of the door locks and within 3 days he had everything that was needed. I expected to see him between 9 and 9:30am and was delighted to see him pull into my driveway at 8:45. He was fast, efficient, personable and most of all compassionate - a great help during a stressful time. Geraldine E.

Great locksmith! We moved to a new home last summer and needed a front door key. Terry was on time, courteous, pleasant to chat with and even helped me with a U-style bike lock that had been giving me trouble. Called again today with questions about a Thule Hitch-mount bike rack with built-in locks. He was able to give me advice over the phone to get the issue resolved and keep the lock in good functioning condition. Highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services.
