Thank you veenkamps for replacing our siding, Gutters, and some windows on our house from the hail storm last April. We love the color and we are extremely happy how it turned out. Great communication during the whole process.
This review is for windows installation:Windows - 5/5Customer Care and Service 4/5Everything with Veenkamp started well with an in home consultation. But everything became rocky from there. Leading up to the install date, we were told to receive a call 3 days in advance to confirm. There was no call. Install date came, and no one showed up or conctacted us at all. This is after we had specifically scheduled this date and changed travel plans to accomodate. When were finally contacted, there was hardly any apology. 3+ weeks later the install starts with more issues. The install team didn't where covers on their shows and tracked in mud through the whole house. One... read full review
Had a roof installed two years ago. They did an awesome job unfortunately had a chimney fire on New Year’s Day. I had a company, replaced the chimney and called to see if they would check their work On the flashing they came out first thing Monday checked it out at no charge. Great company.:))
