It was minutes after my wife's first meeting with this agency that she called me and told me how uncomfortable the first interaction was. It was a complicated tax year; between marriage, multiple states, part time jobs. Anyone would have a headache dealing with that. Hence we paid to get it done. But she was made to feel bad about having a difficult tax situation, relating to me the snarky comments made while talking through our situation. Probably should have walked away then.
