Trinity Health At Home - Grand Rapids

The ED is very poorly run, I've been in often to observe people's conditions, and it appears they ,the staff,are taking patients according to when they came in. My condition included fever pain, possible C diff, and I'm sitting here from my admit time of 8:10, now I 'ts 10::15

Terribly slow and failed to start physical therapy as fast as they could.Seemed more interested in billing insurance for unnecessary nursing visits rather than providing the occupational therapy services my Mother needed.

If I could give zero stars I would! Waited first time 30 days no staff and bad weather ‘! Second time 90 degrees still cannot come out! After a week of calling and leaving messages they have no idea who I am.
