Oliver inspected my historic house and did an incredible job. I did not realize how large of a quality gap there with inspectors - with Oliver being the highest quality. He went above and beyond by providing an extensive report that was full of pictures and write ups. On top of that, Oliver went over the subject matter of the home with me in person.

Oliver provided an extremely detailed report. He even put in fun facts about the home that we would never have noticed on our own. We had no clue the house had a gas line for a grill hook up. We would definitely use his services again.
