Door-to-door service in a blizzard. Wow!We have a Macbook that was giving our exchange student trouble. Not having a strong background in Mac OS repair we decided to turn it over to Brady. Excellent communication and on-time. Did I mention he drove out to pick it up and return it in a Blizzard? Despite winding down the retail location recently, the door-to-door service is an excellent upgrade. I hope the good reviews on Google offset the lack of a retail location. I drove by their shop for many years so I recognized the name, but this is the 1st I've used their services. We will certainly plan to use Team IT for any future needs.
Brady is the best! Teamit is always on top of everything, very knowledgeable, quick with response, trustworthy, helpful, and always a pleasure when talking to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I had a fantastic experience with Team IT and Sam! I had been struggling with my printer installations so I started looking for local technicians and reading reviews. After deciding I submitted an online form of my problem and needs. Sam contacted me within a few hours of form submission. We did a remote session and ran into a few snags. He then said that he closed at 5 and would stop by to do in person service. He came in and got everything up and running. This really was a huge stress reliver for me!
