I just got my nose ring removed because I have a surgery coming up and can’t have it in & the whole process was super easy. I also asked them a bunch of stupid questions and they didn't treat me like I was stupid which is appreciated. I could tell they were very well versed in piercing/tattoo knowledge which made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning here for all of my piercing needs. I like supporting people that are kind and patient. Thank you!
Recommend 10/10 Andrew was fantastic hardly felt the nipples or the double nose piercing. Super friendly super fast and minimal pain so glad I came here to get them done also got them done for 2 for 30 for both sets of piercings wonderful deal wonderful place

Best tattoo could be who a fellow tattoo artist gets their tattoo. I see Jeff Grachtrup. He can be found at the Plainfield location. Jeff has been tattooing for over 3 decades. (I’ve seen other shops brag how long they have been tattooing but they combined everyone’s time, lol). Jeff isn’t just a tattooist, he is an artist. Big teddy bear too for you first timers. I have been tattooed by a few people. Jeff is light handed but the color/shading on your tattoo is solid and heals well. With his time he has also the knowledge of what works & what doesn’t.
