Our boiler went out and their team designed, plumbed, and had a new one in in 2 days. They even heated our house while the boiler was in process. Very good communication and follow up. Highly reccomended if you want professional service

We opted for Schaafsma to replace our furnace and A/C after obtaining multiple quotes. Their pricing was very competitive, their warranties were the best we found, and we appreciated their low-pressure sales approach. They were honest about our needs and even discouraged expensive upgrade options they did not feel were necessary in our situation. The install was completed smoothly and we’re very happy with the functionality of the new system so far. My only reason for docking one star is that I felt the attention to detail on some aspects of the install were a bit lacking, such as some messy tape on the ductwork and an exterior opening that wasn’t properly sealed... read full review
