Schaafsma was great from start to finish. They quoted with a Dave Ramsey feel (heart of a teacher) and I felt very comfortable with the knowledge of the account manager. Then the installers were excellent as well. We had a very complicated system that had been pieced together over the years (and sadly since this was a new house to me, I didn't have any answers for them on how things worked). They spent a lot of time researching the existing system to make sure they got the new one in and working properly...even cleaning up some errors from the previous installs (done by others). I'm very pleased with the install and people I worked with.
Greg really made Schaafsma stand out relative to three other competitors and gave us all of the information we needed to make a good, informed decision on our HVAC system. Would definitely recommend them to others!
