You remember this type of service for a long time when it goes as well as this. Ordered contacts and two glasses after an eye exam and had them all in under two weeks. Matthew went above & beyond.
Then cascade location is legit the best optical shop I have visited. The staff immediately took care of the eye glass frame issue I had. I was in and out fast. I will return to this location next time. Thank you.
From the scheduling to the pick up! I enjoyed every interaction. The Dr. was easy going and joyful! My glasses are better than I expected. (Price was costly) but I loooove them! The man who helped me was so kind and patient as I was picky AF. I love how helpful Matthew was in making sure my glasses were the exact way I wanted on my face before leaving. I’m obsessed and highly recommend.
