I had a pair of sunglasses in need of frame repair after an accident occurred. I called RX in Kentwood and was invited into the office by Nicole to evaluate the frame for further repair. Upon arrival the office was clean and I was greeted with a smile by Nicole. I left with a fixed pair of sunglasses, great customer service, and reassurance on why I remain a patient with RX.
I was referred by another eye practice when they couldn’t adjust my sunglasses how I wanted them. I was told to specifically see Marin. She was as amazing as described and adjusted my sunglasses exactly how I needed after 3 different optical places couldn’t!
Maren at the 28th street location in front of woodland mall was amazing! She helped me with an issue that had nothing to do with her location and went above and beyond! 5/5 stars for maren thank you so much!
