Great customer service!! My glasses were bent and I went to another RX Optical store near work. The staff there actually bent my glasses worse. The staff at the Knapp location were able to fix the previous store's error and the original bend in the frame. Thank you!
General manager Morgan Embrey was terrific! I had several questions involving prescription sunglasses, regular eye wear, insurance and logistics. She listened extremely well, never rushed me, was present throughout with a focus of helping me purchase the eye wear that was best for me.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for frames to fit my lenses as my frames were broken. They took the time to go through dozens of frames until they found a match! Great Job!
