My experience at Renewal Skin Spa was amazing. I had gone in for a microblading consultation with Maricela and she was so kind and patient and very informative. The procedure went beautifully and she did an Amazing job with my brows that had once just walked away. Maricela did such a great job and I’m so very happy with her work. She’s a true artist ??
First off, what a warm and welcoming experience! I was a bit hesitant about getting a Moxi/BBL because it’s not just an average facial. Lasers are a little more intense! Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! Not only was this a wonderful experience, but I will surely be coming back for more treatments here based on how I was treated! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that’s probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don’t feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it’s breezy. Follow you’re given directions and you’re good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! This month I got Botox for the first time ever at Renewal Skin Spa and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went in not really knowing what I wanted, just aware of a few areas on my face that made me feel insecure. The nurse injector took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain exactly what could be done to enhance my natural features without making anything look overdone. It’s been 2 weeks since and I feel more confident in my smile than I ever have. I actually love my smile and laugh, something I used to feel self-conscious about. The results are subtle but powerful and they still feel like me. What made it even better was how kind, professional, and knowledgeable the team at Renewal Skin Spa was from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease the entire time. If you're in the Grand Rapids area and even thinking about Botox, this is hands down the place to go. I’m so glad I trusted them with my first experience.
