My worker whose name I won't disclose was extremely unorganized and did nothing to help me. If I am so disabled that I am not employable then state that. Don't keep leading me on and then stop returning any emails or phone calls. I was assured help and the worker was unprofessional. This no way to treat anyone seeking assistance.

She needs to work on proper telephone etiquette because it can become very discouraging when trying to get information and someone just wants you to get off the phone.
