I head great Service all around with this Company. They Installed a New AC, Furnace, and water heater for me all at the same time. They said it will take Two days and that is exactly what it was 2 days. The workers were very polite and even helped me to clip a couple branches back in my yard that I needed help with, which was not a part of their job. But they had a saw and they helped me out. I am very happy with my appliances and is looking forward to enjoying them. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family at any time. Had an AC system check up by R&R Mechanical. Their technician Francisco was excellent in every respect. On time, smartly dressed, very polite, very thorough, clearly knows his job, and a great communicator. I have never had a technician explain so well what he was going to do, and what he did.
Joe just left my house and did a fantastic job. He was personable, reliable, honest, and gave me very good advice on which of the options for my system was going to be the best for my situation.
Was an easy decision to sign up for a maintenance plan.
