About a month ago I schedule a blowout and Nikki did an amazing job! My hair is normally curly so it can be a challenge to find a stylist that is skilled and can finish at a reasonable time. She took care of me within the allotted time frame. My makeup was also really good it - was done by another individual & she respected my minimal makeup request! :) I did book a second hair visit since then and have booked here for wedding services! Excited for Nikki to take care of me on my wedding day!
My first experience wasn’t great but the manager reached out to me immediately following my review and asked if I would be willing to come back, no charge, for a do over. The initial person working on my hair wasn’t as experienced so the manager took this opportunity to redo my hair and train her stylist. The results were amazing and my blowout lasted almost a week. I was a little nervous coming in and seeing my original stylist. She was there when I came back but was friendly and open to learning. I’d re-book with either of them again. Thank you Nikki for outstanding customer service.
Nikki the manager was absolutely amazing!! My new hair extensions look and feel professionally installed as they should. The atmosphere was fantastic. I would recommend giving this place a chance.
