Pioneer has built half of our beautiful city and has done a magnificent job, however, the particular building I live in was built in quite a rush and there are several small things that I think we're overlooked in the construction process. One being that my yard is repeatedly having the landscaping washed out down to the forms and leaving a river of mud on the sidewalk in front of mine and my neighbors' apartments. By far the best coffee I have had in Grand Rapids. The barista was exceptional. I had delicious, fragrant Panamanian blend with blueberry and wild flower notes, low acidity, with a very clean finish. This is definitely one of Grand Rapids hidden gems!
