Without exaggerating the curly cut is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am so happy with all aspects of my experience at this welcoming salon. The best haircut I have ever had!

I absolutely love palace flophouse. When i first moved here a couple years ago, I wanted to go to PFH since they have many stylists that specialize in shaggy cuts. I was also recommended to go here by a few friends that already lived in GR. Originally I saw Rachel (who no longer works here) and she was incredible. She moved out of town, but I decided i will 100% continue going to PFH because everyone there is so skilled and kind. Every member of the staff i’ve met is just so sweet, and just today Ann (the owner) gave me a bang trim. Kate did a WONDERFUL job with my hair! I was nervous about my undercut but she was very patient. Listened to everything I told her and was careful to get my opinion before making any cuts. Had a balayage and trim done and am very happy with the results. The salon was also lovely, had a very cozy atmosphere and everyone was friendly, reasonably priced services. Will be back.
