My shower started leaking on Friday. Mr. Rooter came out on a Saturday to fix it. The plumber was a nice guy and did a good job. Why not five stars? The price was a bit high. I had lower estimates by they could not come out on Saturday.
Mr. Rooter got back to me quickly regarding my request for a quote on a new drain installation we needed in our manufacturing plant. Greg came on-site, reviewed the work needed, and provided a very detailed quote the next business day. Jenelle was a great help, with getting us scheduled for the work to be completed on a day that worked for us. She provided great, quick communication with my accounting depart, the account set up process with quick and smooth. Greg and his team provided great communication, professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend them.
Called and had someone out in two days. They called to let me know they had someone earlier than my appointment time on day of if I was interested. They came out evaluated, gave me a quote and came back with part within an hour. Cleaned up and answered questions before leaving. Thank you
