    Motive is a game changer for those who are hesitant to build healthy habits because they lack the confidence to properly workout and don't know where to start. I have tried to get back to working out a few times over the last few years but ended up sore for a week +, so I was doing something wrong obviously. Ben has been awesome at working with me and exposing my strengths and weaknesses. He takes time to make sure exercises are done properly, while making sure I push a little harder every time.     I've been working out with Addison for a few months now and am really loving it! I'm the type of person who generally struggles to motivate myself to work out, but lately I've actually been looking forward to coming to our sessions. A big part of what makes it exciting is that Addison mixes things up and keeps the movements interesting, and I feel like we're really focusing on the areas I told her I wanted to work on. I'm super glad I did this for myself, it is worth every penny and I highly recommend it!
