Motive Training is the BEST! After having shoulder surgery in 2019, I struggled with chronic shoulder pain for 4 years. As a very active person for most of my life, I had a difficult time figuring out how to work out and be active without pain. I've never had a better relationship with exercise. Liz took the time to understand my training goals and current physical ability to create a plan that I could successfully execute. It's only been a few months, but I'm already seeing results and actually look forward to working out. I used to be skeptical of the added value of a trainer, now my only regret is that I waited this long.
Big fan of Motive. It's nice handing them the reigns to help me in building functional range in my joints, and developing strength where it was lacking. I like riding my bike long distances and thought I had a good handle on my fitness- Ben has helped me find some muscle groups were being underutilized, and the range of some joints were lackluster. I have never lifted due to knee, and shoulder pain.... However, via 'FRC' I am now able to do proper strength training which has improved my riding experience, as well as built my appetite for further gym time. Thanks Ben, you da man!
