Montell Construction removed a sunroom and completely rebuilt and extended our deck and staircase down. The job was completed ahead of schedule and great attention was taken to a couple of very minor issues prior to final payment. Mike Niles and his crew - Chris, Walker Dukes and Carson did a fantastic job, kept a very clean and clear work site and were a joy to have onsite.

Very professional team from beginning to finish. Carpenters Johnny, Austen and Tristan were very courteous and asked me if I had any questions while they were working. Cleanup was great. Deck is exactly what we needed and wanted. Thanks to everyone involved.

Derek and crew did great work. Derek kept me informed of their progress. They cleaned up and removed all of the old deck. Deck looks fantastic. Ryan updated us on the schedule for the project. There was rain and a more difficult project that delayed the start. He was on top of our schedule.
