The negative reviews of this place are misguided at best, and sadly ignorant or malicious at worst. This place is exactly what it claims to be, a place to get some color. The staff at every location I have been to are all incredible, and friendly. I can be a bit of a talker, but I find the staff enjoys the conversations, does their best to be helpful, and enjoys the banter. This place is gem, where most salons simply lack the overall presence to be useful. (Aka - there just aren't enough of them.) I'm in my second year with prepaid unlimited fast tanning and red light therapy. All the service staff is very kind and helpful. I'm leaving this review because I just read a few negative reviews and my experience at the Knapps corner location has been quite the opposite. Kind,friendly, and helpful
The customer service at the Bayberry location is awesome. Jodie greets you by name and does her best to accommodate your needs. When a line starts to form, she apologizes for the delay. Jodie is a great example of what it means to be kind.
