Every time I visit or have any interaction with the team at IMWM I always feel compelled to write a review, but never get a chance to actually write one before the rest of life's hecticness takes over and I forget - so here I go!
Top notch staff there at IMWM - from the front desk, to the nurses, and all the way on to the physician assistants and doctors. They all make you feel welcome, informed and part of the community. Special shoutout to Alicia, who, from my second appointment on remembered my face and name, congratulated and complimented me on my weight loss completely unprompted (and appropriately so, because this is something I had mentioned working on...read full review
By far the easiest, most hassle-free medical experience I’ve ever had. Making an appointment was easy, desk staff and doctor were extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone was punctual and professional. Highly recommend.
I’ve outlasted all the doctors and I’m still a patient. I love this office and the people in it. They listen to me,especially Connor who I normally see (he’s a pa). I love having the option of seeing a pa. They have recently updated their offices and I love the new, fresh look.
