My appointments with Tara were amazing! She was very kind, explained everything she was going to do and told me what to expect, and was also honest about expectations. She continuously made sure I was ok throughout the process.

Tara is the literal best! She’s always professional, kind, and knowledgeable of her products but above all she is adds a twist of humor and a smile every time we talk! We will definitely be back!!! Very smart and funny young lady that is going places!

The ladies here are amazing! I am always greeted with a smile. And the nurses are very informative and helpful with any and all the questions I have had along the way! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable during my visits :) They def deserve 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Meanwhile I still feel as though corporate deserves a big fat 1 star ⭐️ and if I could rate them a zero I would :( They must work on communication, professionalism and addressing client concerns in a manner in which they at least feel heard. *shrug* If it weren’t for the amazing staff at Grand Rapids 28th location I would have never returned!Service: Laser hair removal
