A great place to work - I love the work I do, the people I work with, where I work, and the flexibility I have. The environment is inviting and fun - there is always something going on that gives us an opportunity to interact with each other and have some fun while also working.
Hungerford has demonstrated to me they are truly invested in my career because they continue to encourage me to go beyond what I think my limits are. My leadership team, has encouraged me to participate in leadership cohorts like the Learn, Grow, Lead program, the LEADeres program, and finish my master’s degree!
As a Hungerford employee, I have always appreciated the effort that goes into making me feel like I'm a part of the team. It's a cohesive work environment with great leadership. I've gained a lot of meaningful experience through the many different opportunities presented, and I appreciate the amount of work that goes into ensuring we provide excellent services to our clients.
