He's trustworthy and honest!
He helped us sell our home in Grand Rapids Michigan. He gave us a lot of practical advice on how to properly stage our home, how to price it correctly, and helped market our property. We got many more showings with him than our previous realtor. He did a great job negotiating on our behalf with the buyers and we got our home sold in a really tough market and at the price we were wanting. Also, he did a wonderful job helping us purchase our new home. He showed us numerous homes that he had found and also ones we looked up on our own.
