The people at Health Motion are competent, caring and friendly. TJ did a great job of assessing my issues and treating them successfully very quickly. The team working with me on exercises was also excellent. I mostly worked with Alex but the others also were very good. I can now enjoy my athletic activities again as well as being pain free in daily activities.
This is the best physical therapy group you can hope for. I’ve had a lower back problem for months and after just a few sessions it was resolved and I’m back on the golf course. I highly recommend them for any physical problems you may have.
Sally and the whole team are caring and skilled! I suffer from arthritis and lately inflammation in my shoulder due to a deteriorating tendon. Their method of healing the muscles and tendons and then slowly building strength has helped me overcome knee and shoulder pain. I’m so grateful to them!!
