DO NOT PURCHASE. Staff is extremely rude!! Do not purchase this warranty coverage as they will not cover any damage. They will just say its too extensive to try and get out of fixing any damages.

Waste of money. Bought it to cover accidental damage (guardsman gold) and they didn’t even cover a stain on the wood top of my side table. $300 down the drain… absolute scam, do not buy it under any circumstances no matter what the furniture salesman says or how reputable the furniture store is.

Total Scam! They make up reasons to not come out. Refuse to clean anything by making up excuses when the stain is clearly covered in the plan. Then cannot get a hold of anyone for a refund.
