We have Grand Rapids Generator Services service our backup generator at least yearly. We want to make sure that it will work when we need it the most. We made the mistake of not servicing the generator we had at our old hour for years, and it didn't kick on after a bad storm. Never again. Their services are affordable and all the techs are so nice.
We took the plunge and had a backup generator installed. It wasn't the cheapest thing we've ever done, but we wanted peace of mind knowing that we will always have electricity, even if a storm messes up the power lines. Grand Rapids Generator was prompt, courteous, and awesome to work with.
