There is so many wonderful things I would love to say about Grand Rapids Construction and their team. First and foremost is the caring this team has for their customers and workers. The owners a husband and wife team are without a doubt the most caring. To ensure there were no hiccups with the installation of our enclosed carport with neighbors the owner Deserie stayed with the team almost 12 hours. The team started at 8 am and were completely finished by 8 pm. They cleaned up the yard , road etc. they did not leave trash anywhere contrary to previous post. I called looking for a qualified contractor after discovering the person I was considering hiring was not licensed. Matt took time out of his day to share information with me that put me on a better course of action than the one I was on. I’m finding it’s the company I haven’t hired, or one I hired for a different service, that have given me advice that the “professionals” I hired should have that have saved me from making costly mistakes. They are the true professionals. Helping a stranger on the phone counts for a lot in my book.
After a slight delay with getting a call back due to an Email/Phone# issue, the owners Matt & Desiree answered my call today to schedule an appointment for an estimate.Matt is coming over personally to take care of our bathroom remodel estimate. It says a lot about a business, caring and professionalism that you don't see in companies today.We are looking forward to working with this company in the future.
