Hit spots in my shoulder and hamstring that no one has hit before. I was unable to raise my arm above my head without pain prior to my visit and immediately afterwards was pain free. I will be back soon!

Michaela did an incredible job! I received a gift certificate for my birthday and was finally able to use it. Due to the weather, I arrived to the appointment a little late. Michaela was very understanding! Before starting, she asked me what brought me in and what areas I may want focused on. She also made sure to check in about any allergies or health conditions I may have. During the massage, she was sure to check in on me frequently and taught me a breathing exercise to help relax. Michaela was awesome! She asked how firm I like my massages, what to avoid or focus on. I mentioned that I spent a lot of time in the gym and had poor hip flexibility. She really helped loosen my hips and the rest of the massage was great! I’ll be coming here from now on.
