I input the info and then received a call from the owner of the company (and I was a mess, frighten and sad), and he gave me such peace and reassurance and came out the next day and inspected and did some things and explained everything he was doing and why and what he had to do to complete the job. Looking forward to getting rid of them bees! Very friendly and honest and that means a lot to me and I am sure everyone else, especially these days!
