Fox CDJR exceeded all my expectations for my new lease of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The new car manager, Rob, was able to locate the vehicle of our choice and had it delivered from Ohio. The vehicle was delivered to me in perfect condition, and the associate, Dylan, who performed the walk-around/demo of the vehicle was very professional and versed of all the operations and options of this vehicle. The closing paperwork with Sarah could not have been smoother. Fox CDJR has a staff they should be proud to represent their name. I will return.
Jacob Smith has taken care of us and got me into a brand new loaner car right away. We have had issue after issue with our vehicle and he's treating us better than the dealership we bought it from!!
