I had to stop in and do a little banking on one of our "snow days", so it was not at all busy in there. The staff were initially just chillin' but they were friendly and assisted me with my business and I was on my way. Not sure what this branch location is like during peak times, though. Still, I generally find Fifth Third Banks to be decent banks that provide an expected range of services.
