The staff that are always there are friendly and the location is convenient but it DESPERATELY needs some new equipment. More variety of dumbbells (12.5 & 17 would be great!), a stair stepper, a hack squat, a rowing cable machine, hip thrust machine, ANY modern machine. There are about 5 leg curl/extensions that could be swapped for some newer equipment.

I got stopped by who I later found out was the manager - he asked me about my credit card details that I had given over the phone weeks prior.He asked me to confirm my credit card details without introducing himself, (he was just wearing workout clothes and was not at the desk) or without saying why. There were other people around listening and I was very confused and uncomfortable.Especially because he knew (and told me!) some of those details without looking it upI had already had a membership payment go thru on this card so ‘confirming the details’ was completely unnecessary and the whole scene was unbelievably unprofessional

I’ve been a member here for several years. Gym has plenty of equipment and enough space that it doesn’t feel crowded. Staff is friendly and open to input from members. One of the best value’s for a gym membership in the city.
