10 stars, so impressed. Our cat has never been so calm at the vet! Impressed with the facility, staff, and knowledge of the vet. Also appreciate that they give you estimates of every single thing before they even do an exam. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been taking my pets here for almost 10 years. I wouldn't trust another clinic to provide the level of care and knowledge as Eastown delivers. The staff is very trustworthy and wont recommend unnecessary treatments to increase profits. My dogs love visiting Eastown as they receive personalized service from each employee.

If you are looking for a vet in West Michigan, that will treat your pets like family, this is your place. I have been connected with Eastown for 7 years now, and they have helped me through every hurdle with my babies. I have moved further north but will continue to bring my pets here, regardless of the drive. They specialize in ALOT but are also very transparent when it is best to refer to another doctor in order to receive the top care possible. Not only that, but they make it feel like a TEAM of doctors instead of a handoff to be another doctor’s problem (and boy have I experienced that before).
