I think the place is very nice, the vet were very nice and everyone there was very gentle with our cats, but their pricing is definitely on the higher end, really depends on your budget
My dog has quite a bit of anxiety, both just generally, but also with the vet. We switched to Eastown at the recommendation of our trainer, and after happy visits, Piper has found her confidence and vet visits by jumping on all of the tables! She loves all the treats in the room too, and looks forward to all the new snacks.I really wish that vets all over practiced fear free care but until then we will be East town customers. In addition to this pleasant switch, Our vet got to the bottom of my dogs issues and helped us get an actual treatment plan instead of Band-Aids over and over. We brought our 12 year old Golden Retriever to see Dr. Grace with a medical concern. The receptionist was polite, and we had a very short wait. Our dog was warmly greeted by the tech, and the treats helped to alleviate his anxiety. He already knew Dr. Grace and was happy to see her. She examined him throughly in a way that kept him calm. Everything was explained to us, questions were welcomed, and we were given options for his care. It was an overall great experience
