Had a great experience with Dr. Lisa! It was my first chiropractic adjustment so I was a bit nervous but any anxiousness I had was eased by Dr. Lisa taking the time to thoroughly and thoughtfully explain each step. I can't recommend Dynamic Essence enough. Every appointment I've had with Dr. Lisa helps me in a real daily way. I initially started going to help with an old shoulder injury and general pain. It has now evolved into learning how to better use and hold my body for longevity. I'm learning so much and use my workouts to bolster better alignment in more ways than one. Excellent care!
