I needed a small area of traditional 3 1/4" hardwood flooring spot repaired/replaced in front of a previous French Door which was replaced with a better sealing slider door. The rain (or snow melt) leak also affected the subfloor in one area. Dan surgically pulled up the flooring, repaired the subfloor and replaced the floor boards with material on hand. Fantastic job.
