Very happy with my first visit to Dental Associates of West Michigan. They got me in right away and were able to fix my tooth that day. Professional and knowledgeable staff who were very friendly in an authentic way. Aesthetically pleasing, clean (kudos to the cleaning staff) office supplied with - bonus! - tissues and hand sanitizer. Centrally located on Kalamazoo Ave near M-6. Anddd they are in network with my insurance. Yeah! ? I'm staying.
I had a toothache, and I called and got an immediate apt. The office staff is always pleasantly kind and helpful with your needs. My hygienist was nice and took xrays. The dentist was attentive to my concerns regarding my toothache, I was given antibiotics and pain medication for comfort. It's a great dental office.
Anna did a great job during my cleaning. Extremely gentle and careful to not cause any sort of discomfort. She also did a very thorough cleaning. Highly recommend scheduling with Anna! Front desk team had me checked in and taken to the back in less than 5 minutes.
