Carl managed our project after a refrigerator water line leak damaged our kitchen and living room. He was up front about all costs and what would happen. Justin installed our cabinets and floors while teaching his coworker. He answered all our questions and explained the bull nosing on our stairs. They cleaned up every night. Afterwards my husband and I went through the initial estimate and highlighted adjustments needed. Carl was quick to respond and provide a refund. We did notice a small Knick in the edge of a piece of flooring visible after we installed the shoe molding and a couple of pencil marks still visible on the floor.
