Vanessa is great. Very professional. Love the online portal, makes paying rent and submitting requests quick and seamless. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request, they respond quickly.
I recently moved into a property that Compass manages and have been very happy with the service. Everyone has been so friendly and professional. I had one small maintenance issue and they were very prompt about taking care of. I am very happy with the condition of my property and would highly recommend Compass to anyone looking to rent in the Grand Rapids area.
