I lived in a building in Grand Rapids, MI managed by Colliers for two years. During this time, I dealt with a visible mold problem in my bathroom that I requested maintenance on twice. The first time, my request was ignored. The second time, maintenance came and sealed a small portion of the the damage while telling me they would need to come back to treat the rest of the mold. I never heard anything concerning this issue again.After struggling with a multitude of health concerns during my residency, upon moving out I received a diagnosis of systemic mold toxicity caused by environmental factors.
