They have Quality service.I was grateful for the fast service of 1 hr from the time I walked in the door to walked out. I didn’t feel rushed and it was a complete exam . I bought two pairs of glasses with extra for under $200.00
I used to go to Knapp's Corner but 28th St will be my go to place now. 1000xs more friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed like at Knapps. Everyone I met/spoke with went above and beyond. I called them to check on my contacts and they remembered me! Jack was awesome going above and beyond to try to figure out how to get me my contacts sooner (on backorder). Would give 10 stars.
Super friendly people. The guy that helped me at first was super nice and welcoming. The eye Dr made me feel really confident in my new prescription and didn't feel rushed at all.Sarah was super nice going over everything at the end and was helpful with info on the eye care club.Definitely my go-to location.
