I feel the need to write a review to congratulate whoever chose to let go of the former front desk lady and decided to add more diversity to the front staff. Two black ladies have been added and I have to say it is the best treatment I have received since being a patient here. The first time I had to reschedule an appointment, the lady talked to me as if I was a 5 year old, then gave me an appointment for three months later saying they were too busy and it was my fault for not being able to make my original appointment. I really appreciate the comprehensive nature of the care I get at Age Management of West Michigan. I feel like the practitioner that I see routinely looks at all aspects of my mental and physical health. I am very glad that I chose them for my care when I relocated to Grand Rapids.
